AttachFocus is not the default export

I'm submitting a bug report

• JSPM OR Webpack AND Version all

• Browser: all

• Language: all

Current behavior: Currently undefined is passed to .globalResources, because AttachFocus is not the default export, which results in an error.

Expected/desired behavior:

• What is the expected behavior? AttachFocus is expected be the default export.
