Information on observing arrays should be documented #248

When I search in the hub for "array" or "observable" I can't find any information about observing arrays. There is nothing in the Articles TOC that I can find containing that information.

This is to suggest that information on observing arrays should be documented and findable.

I'm using Edge browser.

@jdanyow When you get a chance, can you add some information related to this into the binding documentation? Maybe this is a good topic for a "Recipes" document?
