docs(webpack): replace outdated docs with a simple starter example #368

This is an initial draft for up-to-date webpack documentation. Any feedback is welcome.

I think this is perfectly fine. I'd merge it now except for one thing. We need to not delete that image. I believe it's used by the JSPM documentation as well. So, if we can revert that, I'll get this in and release a docs update.

I added the image back in. Friendly reminder to make sure you proof-read at least the non-code bits. My English technical/professional writing skills are not what I would like them to be.
