fix(contact-manager-tutorial): update description to match latest code example #476

This was overlooked when I update the view template to latest bootstrap v4. There is no more li tag, only anchor tag.

There is actually no much changed, I just split the 2 long paragraphs into 4, with minor adjustment on those first sentences of 3 paragraphs.
