Updated karma-jspm dependencies #88

It also updates the config.js. I'm not sure if you like using defaultJSExtensions: true. This is how jspm-cli generated the config.js after updating the karma-jspm. Also I have jspm@beta installed. With this I have my test running just fine

Closing as there has been a newer version released and we'll fix this up as part of a set of repo maintenance including this, new linting and docs generation.
