Updated dependencies for aurelia-binding (removed 1.x dependency) #277

To be able to install via JSPM (which doesn't support comparator sets for versioning)

@EisenbergEffect any specific reason why we updated the version dependency to the comparator set of v1 and v2? Otherwise I'd be fine with dropping v1
