[Content] not up to date with changes #171

When adding new eg. html, extension basically breaks with wrong results. Have to manually call "Aurelia: Reload" to fix. :(

Dunno if fully fixed, but attempts to fix in v2.3.0 (eg. 1c4a65d5a60169b8012415b6a232f3ab7a64954d)
