Custom Sound Prevents Pomodoro From Finishing. Doesn't Play.

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Set up a custom mp3
2. Complete a pomodoro
3.

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
The expected sound should play and proceed onto the break timer.
Instead:
The timer gets stuck on 00:00 and the sound doesn't play.

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
Mac OS & version 1.9
