Taskbar does not flash when break is over

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1.Start a pom.
2.Finish a pom. Taskbar icon flashes. Mimimise pomodairo
3. Wait till break is finished

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
The taskbar icon should flash when the break is over. It doesn't. It changes 
the text of the taskbar icon from "break" to "10'" but that is it.

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
1.9

Please provide any additional information below.
The Taskbar notifications work fine when the *pom* is over, just not when the 
*break* is over.

Yes, I think I plain forgot to put in the application alert for break stops.

If this bug is still affecting anyone;

I researched a bunch of Pomodairo timers and found one that had all the 
features I needed (and didn't have this bug). It's called "Tomighty". It 
doesn't do task lists at all but does everything I need from a timer.
