I couldn't find anybody posted about this so here it comes.
For last few weeks people have been telling that this quest won't work and I 
was going to take look at it.
Everything else works expect when you are trying finish the quest by talking to 
npc, the question mark is still gray, and it says you need the bomb. Even you 
have it in your bags. I tried to fix this with no results.

PST: Alliance one works for me tho, but they have been writted in same ways : /
