Resting bonus #273

By Joval (03 September 2010 - automatically ported issue):

Players don't get resting bonus, even if they feel rested. I left my char with 
"zzz" for a week and I still have an inch of resting bonus over previous gained 
experience.
Consulted with other players. This has taken effect for your last 100 
changesets.

I can confirm this one.  If memory serves, this problem started sometime after 
rev 580, but I can't say which rev it was.  I'm sure it worked at 580.

this is a weird problem...i have 4 characters in my test account, 3 of them are 
resting fine. the other one doesnt o.O so the problem is still there (rev 1356 
(5a4f38973dbb))

after a bit of testing i noticed this: one of my chars was resting fine in 
Dolanaar, Darnassus and Auberdine inns ( i made a night elf hunter ). Then i 
went to Thelsamar, in Loch Modan, and i left my char inside the inn for a whole 
day. Before quitting, the "zzz" symbol was near my char portrait. Next day, 
when i logged in, absolutely no resting bonus was earned. Maybe the bug is 
related to maps?
