Unable to join BG/arena #408

No known ways to reproduce, just have a player who claimed to be unable to 
queue for battlegrounds and arena. Logged into the character myself, and sure 
enough -- nothing happens when you click Join Battle. Even if I auraed 
deserter. There doesn't appear to be any errors in the error log files.

Strange problem, never really seen it before.

1. there is a reason why we have issue templates
2. how do you expect me to reproduce it if you dont post the char dump
3. try to narrow down which value in the char db is prevent him to join bg
