This spell reduces the mana burned per damage taken from 2 to 1.6 (-20% mfnf 
burned)

Talent IDs 11252 and 12605 (rank 1 and 2)

But for now it have only a visual effect on spell description. In fight this 
talent does nothing.

Sorry, my fault. When was testing i used .un all, which dispelled talent aura :(
