BG Mount & Flag Bug #438

When mounting up and 95% done then you can grab the flag and end up mounted 
with the flag on you. 

Solution:
Check at the function where the flag is picked up(Where you actually get the 
flag on you) If you are mounted / if you are casting a spell, if so dont send 
the flag to the player. Quote From Darkgroom
