Cat Shapeshift denied in indoors when Feral Swiftness talent have points #441

As a druid:

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Go to an instance
2. Put a point in the talent Feral Swiftness
3. Try to shapeshift in cat form.

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
Shapeshift in a cat is expected, you can't.

What revision of the Core are you using? On what operating system?
1425 - Centos

Please provide any additional information below.

Temporarily this may solve it!
vmap.enableIndoorCheck = 0
Just set IndoorCheck to zero.
