Warlock spell Fel Armor #442

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Have active warlock spell Fel Armor

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
Fel armor should add 20%(rank 2) or 10% (rank 1) of health, but it does not. 
Increasing spell damage is OK.

What revision of the Core are you using? On what operating system?

"of health" O_o. It increases healing done to you, but NOT health.
