oregon-realm.exe fails to start due to ACE Library problem #444

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1.Sucessfully compiled everything, maps and vmaps extracted.
2. Tried to run oregon-realm.exe but get the Error Message.
3.

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
D:\Oregon\Core>oregon-realm

Using configuration file oregonrealm.conf.
Using ACE: 5.8.1
Max allowed open files is 1024
Database: 127.0.0.1;3306;oregon;oregon;lrealmd
Connected to MySQL database at 127.0.0.1
MySQL client library: 5.1.50
MySQL server ver: 5.1.58-community
AUTOCOMMIT SUCCESSFULLY SET TO 1
Successfully turned on MYSQL_OPT_RECONNECT.
Updating Realm List...
No valid realms specified.
ACE_Thread::setspecific() failed!: No error

What revision of the Core are you using? On what operating system?
OregonCore Rev 1018 | Windows 7 Home Premium

Used following tutorial to compile

The oregon-core.exe starts sucessfully but realm fails to start.

Found the problem. Needed manually to insert data about realm in realmlist 
table.
