Support of jpeg-xl

Hi,

Please add the ability to export to JPEG-XL format. It is included into darktable but I don't know if it is easy to "extract" the relevant code from there.

• We already have support for JPEG-2000, which is supported by nobody.
• We already have support for WebP, which, despite bying Google pet project, is an utter piece of shit.
• We already have support for AVIF, which, as of 2023, is finally supported by almost everybody and is probably the only promising format in the lot regarding specs and adoption.

I really don't see the point of JPEG XL given that the photo industry still uses JPEG for everything-web and TIFF for the rest, including sharing images between apps and sending prints to 3rd-party facilities.

What I see is having to cope with yet-another 3rd-party library that will break API at some point, to support another file format nobody uses and barely any software supports.
