Support for playing mpd's http stream. #6

I would assume that all it takes is the addition of a field in the settings 
window for the port of the stream (assuming the stream is from the same address 
as the mpd server which I'm fairly certain is always the same) and using a 
library to handle the playback. (I tinker around with programming on Linux so 
my assumption that there is a freely available library to handle the playback 
of http streams on Windows could be in error)

I meant to file this as an enhancement. Could an admin please make the change 
if I can't figure out how to myself? Sorry about this.

Acknowledged. I'm making this a low priority item because Auremo doesn't have 
any playback features at the moment and because other (excellent) programs for 
listening to HTTP streams already exist.
