Feature Request (view All Tracks by an artist) #7

May I suggest adding to the "Artist list" views (and perhaps the Artist tree as 
well):

To the Artist filter: "All Artists"
To the Album filter: "All Albums"

At the very least, the All Albums option should be added. It is nice to be able 
to see all tracks by an artist, regardless of their album (preferably with 
tracks grouped by album though). For example, ncmpcpp has this feature.

This should be pretty easy. I'm adding it to the to-do list for version 0.6. In 
the mean time you can just press Ctrl+A in the artist, album, genre etc list to 
select everything and get a somewhat similar effect.

Oops! Looks like I've omitted this feature from 0.6 despite my promises. I'll 
try harder with 0.7.

After trying to implement this for a while it turned out to be a GUI disaster. 
Tagging this as WontFix because it's fairly simple to just Ctrl+A to get the 
same effect. My apologies.
