Add a way to avoid skinning for rigid part (kart) #246

For now rigids parts are skinned in blender when they are animated.

I suppose this create some performance prob because rigid part could only have one transformation and with skinning it's one by vertex.

Author: auria Having talked with Narann on IRC, I may clarify a bit what this feature request is about, in "STK vocabulary" : this is a request to be able to use IPO animation on karts, so that some kart elements may be animated without the overhead of bones
