Remember window location #479

r11046 added a feature to make STK remember the location of the window, very useful for multi-monitors setup.

TODO:

make it work on Linux and OSX, or diable the option over there
submit patches to irrlicht so that this gets integrated in the irlricht core?

if an invalid value is in the config (e.g. you have 2 screens but then disconnected one so now the area is smaller) the window should not pop out of screen bounds, there needs to be some kinds of checks

Author: wardje r11402 fixed it for me on linux. I simply made it wait a bit longer with moving the window. Don't have a mac so can't test anything there.

marking as Waiting on irrlicht for irrlicht-built-in support, hybrid said the patch would be merged after irrlicht 1.8 is out
