Icon scaling issue at low resolution (1024x640) #868

KroArtem reported that at 1024x640 the resolution icons in the graphics option screen get scaled way too small, and text overlaps. See attached screenshot.

Marking as minor priority as it works fine at default resolution (1024x768).
