More animations for karts #928

Game could be much more interesting if karts will have more animations.

For example:

when a kart hits second kart
when it hits a wall
a while after rescue/explosion
few random animations which could be played evry ~30 seconds
when it falls down
perhaps a while after start
a while after overtaking second kart
