It has the same permissions as all my other bots. Unless it needs a specific one, I have no idea what's up.

Looks like an issue with the database. Could you make a temporary new server, add the bot and try there?. And try to remove and add the bot again to the server you want to use it in. Could work as a temporary fix.

This issue is persisting, even when I did what you said to try.

The bot seems to have issues with server ids due to database restrictions. I'll have to change some things and nuke the db again.

I made some changed to the database with 106cb8e. Can you confirm if the issue still persists or if it is fixed for you?
