Modify name to match GIMP 2.8 file menu structure #6

Since the introduction of the new export commands in GIMP 2.8 (and leaving the save command only for XCF files) the "save for web" command now seems to be out of place. It should be renamed to Export for web and placed along the export functions in the file menu to reflect this change and describe its function better.
