Hello,

I noticed a problem with the UI rendering when switching to Dark Mode in the latest version of the application. Some elements, like buttons and input fields, are not adapting correctly to the dark theme. Steps to Reproduce:

Go to the settings menu and enable Dark Mode.
Navigate to the main dashboard or any form page with input fields.
Observe that:
    Buttons have white text but remain invisible due to a white background.
    Input fields appear with light borders, making them hard to see.

Expected Behavior:

All UI elements should adapt to the dark theme, with appropriate contrast for visibility and accessibility. Screenshots:
