Docker image #23

Hi.

Could you make a docker image for this repo on dockerhub? I know there is one for the deps, but I cannot access the internet from inside the container on our system, so when I try to build VacuumMesher, it fails because it cannot git clone eigen. May help to close #18, if it is just a build issue on my side.

Update: I built one locally, but would be useful to have one on dockerhub
