Sort out the optimisation results analysis #7

Store all the results arrays in a nice folder for that optimisation in the results folder.

Plot the Pareto front and id of each setup.

Then allow a specific setup to be selected and create the pdf report on it.

And add keys to make sure people understand what the results graphs are showing.
