[UA20170417] Feats for Skills: Multiple changes #576

• Added missing Weight Capacity bonus • Added put spell names inside tags to have the same formatting as in the original pdf. • Added sheet properties for some Feats.

@swdriessen when i was doing sheet properties, i decided to not change Arcanist, Investigator, Naturalist, Survivalist and Theologian, since i thought they work pretty good, but i want second opinion on those.
