Hide Recent Comments when comments disabled #441

Hi

I love your theme. But I have integrated comment systems all turned off yet on home page I still see recent comments section. Is there a way to hide that ? Since none of the comment systems included are working for me, I opted to invite users to comment on my Discord instead.. BTW I have latest version.
