Discussion: User-oriented babashka

I've made some tweaks to functionality to make it that babashka does not need system help to run.

In their current form, these are not upstreamable.

What I want to do is have a discussion with the project owner (@aurynn) about how these changes fit into her vision and opinions.

The goal of this is using babashka on boxen to set up my personal development environment while playing nicely with any potential configuration management (especially spanning different organizations).
