Command line option for logsdir #5

Added cmdline option --logger-logdir=<path_to_logs> and configuration file option logger_logdir=<path_to_logs> resolves #3

  1. I'd like to prepare file similar to: https://github.com/pytest-dev/pytest/blob/master/AUTHORS May I include you as Sveto Krchnavy?

  2. Would you like me to release 0.1.4 now?
