Disable `linkedWcsUrl` from GSKY WMS layers #24

Hi @mpaget

Due to GSKY WCS only supporting version 1, do you think we should disable the "Export" functionality on these layers? We can re-enable it when GSKY supports version 2 - or we implement WCS version 1 in TerriaJS side.
