Most of the work for #11 has been done except for two issues which will be investigated:

Issue around HTTP DELETE requests to terminate a server and CORS responses not coming back as expected which prevent the user agent (browser) from actually submitting that request
Issue around actually being able to get a meaningful response back from the JupyterHub REST API when it hasn't been opened at least once in an authenticated session

Termination button is now implemented in ausecocloud/workspace-ui/pull/12. The CORS headers are solved with separate configuration that is not included in the scope of the development work here.

As for the issue around not being able to fetch information from the JupyterHub REST API when the user has not yet "initialised" themselves in JupyterHub, this is a known issue and yet to be resolved. However as far as I know this shouldn't be a problem for new users since if they haven't used it, then they can't have any servers to display information for anyway.

This will need further discussion, but overall I believe this ticket is effectively complete.
