Change "ECOcloud" to "ecocloud" in the header. Perhaps using the new logo.
The footer might need to be updated with the correct logos.
Navigation links at the top (i.e. Knowledge Base and Forums) should match the ecocloud Platform navigation links as much as possible (i.e. Dashboard, Projects, Explorer, Tools, Support). Can at least "Knowledge base" be renamed "Support"?
Can the page title/graphic that says "Solutions" be renamed "Support"?
Configure server certificates so that secure https does not raise a browser security error. This causes many links on the support portal page to fail.
The "Get Help" > "Read More" button should go to the same form as the "Contact Us" on the WordPress site. It is confusing to have two different forms that does the same thing: it makes the use wonder if they do something different and produces confusion as to which one they should be using.
Icons need to be added for some of the categories.
The icons should be clickable. Most users will attempt to click on the big icon, and when that does not work only a subset will figure out they need to click on the small word underneath the icon.
Other formatting
The automatically generated "Contents" box treats all headings the same. It should show the different levels of headings differently. For example, the using Jupyter Notebooks article uses multiple heading levels.
The headings should not be in all-caps, which makes them harder to read and take up more space in the already narrow column.
Can the "Modified on" label be hidden or moved somewhere less obtrusive? Most readers will want to read the main text first.
Freshdesk bug
An unordered bullet item containing a single letter (e.g. "R") is not rendered. The entire bullet item does not show up.
