Project timestamp incorrect or not updating #31

  1. The "Last Modified" time on a project, as shown on the dashboard, doesn't update when a file is added to the project via the ecocloud Projects page.

  2. The detailed listing of projects (on the ecocloud Projects page) only shows the date created and not the last modified time. You'd expect it to show it, since the dashboard (supposedly) had the information to show.

  3. When a new project is created from within a server (i.e. created a new directory under /home/jovyan/Projects) it gets the correct timestamp, but when it appears on the ecocloud Projects page or on the dashboard it is 1 January 1970.

  4. If the created/modified time is being recorded, we might as well show it in full (rather than just the date).

This issue is longer relevant, since projects have been replaced by a workspace.
