We need a good style guide for all three ecocloud Web properties to follow.

Even better would be a set of templates/fragments (CSS and HTML) that can be used to implement the style guide consistently across all three Web properties: the ecocloud Platform, Freshdesk and WordPress.

The current design lacks:

Legibility (light green text on a grey background doesn't have enough contrast).
Consistency (the right most navigation item for signing in/out doesn't make sense to have on the Freshdesk or WordPress site)
Responsiveness (they may look similar on a desktop browser, but behave totally different on mobile).
Base level browser requirements (e.g. the Freshdesk theme uses HTML5 elements).

I'm going to get started on building up styles for this, however things like responsiveness and minimum browser support are more general requirements for the application itself and should be done in consultation with stakeholders.

I've made an HTML document that contains various colours and elements - search for "ecocloud styles html" in Google Drive, download and open in your browser.

It's still a work in progress and I think it'll change as we start seeing how it fits. Most of it is based on existing elements used in the application so far, but I'm also trying to change some of it for readability and consistency.
