The resource type filter in the Explorer is currently sorted by each type's total item count, in descending order.
As we would like to promote the Explorer as a place for finding accessible data and not just any file (such as standard links, or data encoded in PDFs/binary formats which are hard to read from), an idea to have such common file types appear in the collapsed mode first, with all file types still appearing when the list is expanded.

[ ] Reorganise the Resource Type filter in Explorer to display only common file types as determined above in collapsed mode, all file types in expanded mode
