Implement a confirmation dialog before permanently deleting items out of Workspace #79

Currently Workspace does not prompt the user to confirm that they would like to delete the item that they've clicked the Delete button on.

A user has suggested that a confirmation dialog be presented to the user during this process to prevent accidental permanent deletion of items within their workspace.
