mrflip meges, ruby 1.9.2 compat, fix issue 88, support all of ec2_url. #89

Pulls in the changes made in the mrflip fork, and makes a few changes to make compatible with ruby 1.9.2. rds tests do not pass, before or after these changes, and one clouds_test.rb fails (test_nodes)

Issue #88 is fixed.
