broadcast: rename "broadcast" package #49

This package contains our bindings with the YouTube Live API, so perhaps the package should be called go-youtube or just youtube; "broadcast" is too broad and really everything in the oceantv dir.

Actually, I think this package could go away, leaving just youtube.go.

All of the functionality in broadcast/storage.go already exists in cloud/gauth, as does most of the functionality in broadcast/auth.go.
