model: Migrate BinaryData from netreceiver to vidgrind #70

VidGrind's datastore is used for storing all media, so binary data belongs there, not in NetReceiver's datastore.

In retrospect, NetReceiver's BinaryData can stay where it is and VidGrind will use a new Binary entity instead.
