Implement all bot mechanics surrounding game session creation and input validation.

Implement the various Discord related features of the bot:

Sending messages in a channel
Sending direct messages to users
Verifying the ability to send DMs to users (VERY IMPORTANT FOR GAME FUNCTIONALITY)
Adding reactions to messages
Detecting when reactions have been added to a message
Detecting commands (slash commands optional)
Creating threads
Using "@" to mention users
