NRL Live Error #669

Hey mate. I ended up installing the NRL live add-on and it opens up okay, it's just when I try to play a video it comes up with an error: Playback Failed. One or more items failed to play. I can browse all of the areas alright, just can't play any games. This is on Windows 7. Am I missing something? Nice add-on by the way. +1:

My bad. Entered Telstra details instead of NRL.com details.
