TW / BGS modes for systems #93

Received a feature request from a user to designate certain systems in the system tab as solely TW (such as the system you're working on) and other systems as solely BGS?

This would allow BGS or TW activity to be excluded from a particular system, without switching on / off tabs before posting each activity type.

Was planning to completely split TW and BGS reporting into separate windows or panes, with manual controls and previews for each. However, with yesterday's announcement of the conclusion of the war, just putting this on hold to see whether all the TW tracking is about to become obsolete anyway...
