No icon in status bar - settings don't initialize after insall #124

App version:main
What steps will reproduce the problem?
1.Install app
2.Start service
3.

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?

Service runs as expected, but no icon in status bar when service is started

Please provide any additional information below.

Icon doesn't change when connected to Bluetooth device.

Do you have the icon enabled in A2DP Volume preferences?

I found a problem that is like this issue.  It appears that the preferences 
don't load properly until they have been accessed for the first time.  After 
that they work fine.  The simple work around it just open the preferences after 
installing the app.  from then on it works fine.

Verified another related issue but it could be the same issue.  The icon 
disappears after device connect.  Also seems to do it sometimes on disconnect.  
I will investigate more....
