Music plays with no sound until bt reconnect

I have two profiles set up in a2dpvolume, one for my phone audio and one for 
music audio. In the phone audio profile I have set it to also connect to the 
music audio upon connection. 

In Google Music, there is a blue triangle icon in the upper right hand corner 
indicating that music audio bt is indeed connected, but when the music plays 
there will be no sound. 

Here are the steps to get sound back.

1. Turn off bt which automatically stops music playing.
2. Start playing music in Google Music which can be heard through the phones 
speaker.
3. Turn on bt, which auto-connects to phone audio and consequently to music 
audio.
4. Music can be heard through bt audio.

This works every time. Sometimes these steps are not necessary and bt music 
audio will play without issue. I estimate this happens 50% of the time.

This problem has happened on all roms I have used, even stock.

Are you using the "set media volume" feature?  Can you please use the "manage 
data" and export XML, then send me that xml file.  This way I can see all your 
A2DP Volume settings and hopefully duplicate the issue.
