add check to see if in-call before launching app on connect #140

Device (phone) brand:HTC
Device (phone) model:Sensation
Android OS version:4.1.2
App version: A2.1 or main
What steps will reproduce the problem?
1.have app set to open Pandora on connect to a device
2.be on the phone without the headset connected
3.turn on Bluetooth device while still on the phone

What is the expected output? What do you see instead? Not expected

Please provide any additional information below.

I think there should be a check in place to see if the phone app is open and on
a current call. Then is if sees that as true it will not load the app until it
sees the in call status clear

Changed to enhancement request since this is not a defect. Change to low
priority since this can easily be avoided by not connecting Bluetooth device
while already on call. Will consider adding this feature to next release.
Likely will be over Christmas break. Thanks for the feedback.

Example scenario where this is a pain. Start a long conference call on handset
/ speaker phone at your desk, then move into the car.

Ready to test 2.8.17. I added a check for phone idle before launching app. If
the telephone state is anything but idle (meaning not ringing, in call, or off
hook) then the app will launch. Otherwise it will not launch. Please test
this and report back to this issue.

Upgraded.

Unfortunately, A2DP Volume has stopped.

This happens every time I try to make a call and appeared to cause havoc with
bluetooth, so uninstalled for the time being and back to normal. Might be
cosmic rays though ;-)

Oops. My bad. I fixed it now. Could you please retest? Same file name but
it has been rebuilt.

Reinstalled, haven't had full chance to test yet but hasn't crashed when
starting a call. Will test later today.
