a2dp audio + sms over voice call stream kills BT stack #162

Device (phone) brand: Samsung
Device (phone) model: Galaxy Nexus
Android OS version: 4.2
App version: A2.1 or main: Latest (with new JB aidl)
What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Setup TTS for SMS on the voice call stream.
2. Start playing audio in Google Music
3. Get a text message. If the SMS is read, the music app will lose it's
audio. It still looks like it's playing, but there is no sound. Only a reboot
will allow the a2dp stream to work again.

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?

Please provide any additional information below.
When playing music on an a2dp device and a text message comes in with the
voice_stream specified, the result is that the text message sometimes plays,
and sometimes not.
If it does play, the music app continues to look like it's playing, but there
is no audio. At that point, you need to reboot the device before audio will
come through the a2dp stream again.

Yeah, I am still working through this. I posted this in issue 146 but that was
vague and covered many issues. Thanks for posting.

OK, found some strange behavior. If I command music play from the phone after
A2DP connects (at the Android level) then I get no music even though it is
playing. If I then receive a message for TTS the message is read and the sound
works again. as long as I use the Bluetooth control to command the player its
all fine. If I use the phone to commend player, no music sound. I use the
voice call stream so maybe cycling SCO is what fixes it. 4.2 sound pool and
Bluetooth interaction seems very strange. Work underway now....

This one is frustrating. I never get the same thing twice. Once is starts
acting up it seems persistent. Receiving another TTS fixes the music stream
but then if you use the music control to stop or pause the sound is gone again,
sometimes. So I rebooted and tried to reproduce it and I could not.

More interesting yet. My Droid 3 with CM10.1 (Android 4.2.2) works fine. My
Bionic with stock Jelly Bean (4.1.2) resets the Bluetooth connection if the
message is ready while music is streaming but it works OK of music is not
playing.
